Ingredients

  • Ezy Duck Leg or Breast Confit
  • Salad
    • 1 medium Orange, segmented
    • 1 cup Rocket
    • 2 tbs Pine nuts
    • 2 tbs Pomegranate seeds
    • ¼ Red Onion, diced
  • Dressing
    • 1 tbs Balsamic
    • 3 tbs Olive Oil
    • Pinch Salt & pinch Pepper

Method

  1. Prepare Ezy Duck Leg or Breast Confit in oven, stovetop or microwave.
  2. Place orange, rocket, pine nuts, onion and pomegranate seeds in a bowl and toss.
  3. Place dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk.
  4. Pour dressing over salad and toss until salad is coated.
  5. Plate up salad with Ezy Duck to serve.
